The Patrol IFAK is the ultimate in duty, utility, and functionality in a compact design. It can be fastened to the cuff with two Velcro straps and a quick release buckle. Complete with two horizontal elastic thigh bands if necessary that can be tightened to ensure the bag is firmly attached to prevent any unwanted movement. The Patrol IFAK also features MOLLE attachment system webbing so that it can be fastened to any MOLLE compatible attachment device (backpack, jacket, bulletproof vest, belt etc.). The Patrol IFAK also features an external front pocket with Velcro opening, designed to hold small size equipment.
